Julie Hass

Julie Hass serves as Chief Human Resources Officer for DocRx. Prior to stepping into her role at DocRx, Julie worked in a similar role at Alabama Orthopaedic Clinic, PC, for 20+ years. During her time at AOC, the company grew immensely! She started the HR department when AOC had two small offices, 5 surgeons, and approximately 25 employees. After her departure from AOC in June of 2019, she transitioned to the role of Human Resource Director for a local law firm in Mobile. 

Julie has a passion for HR (and people in general)! She is a creative and fun-loving person by nature, and she is eager to use those characteristics, accompanied by her skills and experiences, to continue to help DocRx grow.

Outside of work, Julie loves spending time with family and friends. Some of her passions include enjoying live music, tasting great food, and spending time on the water. Julie and her husband Steve have been happily married for 19 years. Steve and Julie have one daughter, Peyton, and one son, Kohen. Rounding out her family are their two dogs, Lilly (Westie) and Hunter (Springer Spaniel).
